Dr Harold Oscar Teague's 1903 De Dion Bouton Q with possible number plate P23. Dr Teague served as medical officer for the 11th Battalion at the rank of captain during WWI, and died on the Somme. The car is parked outside his premises at 114 Albany Road (now Highway), Victoria Park.
